1. Introduction
Welcome to the Point of Sale services provided by TUNCHALU Point of Sale (TUNCHALU POS), offered by IP Tech Solution. By registering for our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our Point of Sale system and services provided by IP Tech Solution, located at Michenzani Mall, Zanzibar.
2. Registration
To register for our TUNCHALU POS system, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is kept up to date. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the provided business information.
3. Service Access and Usage
By registering for our EAGITZ POS services, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Point of Sale system for your business operations. The system may only be used in accordance with the guidelines provided and for lawful business activities. You may not use the system for illegal activities or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the system.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). IP Tech Solution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to compromised login details.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal and business data. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of operating and improving our TUNCHALU POS system. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Payment and Fees
By registering for TUNCHALU POS services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our service agreement. Payment terms, including pricing, billing frequency, and any additional charges, will be communicated to you at the time of registration. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Software Updates
IP Tech Solution reserves the right to update or modify the POS system to improve its functionality. You will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to ensure your system is up to date.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the TUNCHALU POS system if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity. You may terminate your use of the system by providing written notice to IP Tech Solution.
9. Limitation of Liability
IP Tech Solution will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the TUNCHALU POS system, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zanzibar. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zanzibar.
11. Amendments
IP Tech Solution may amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
